This place was pretty clean, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. the beds were comfortable, which made for a nice stay. the restaurant served tasty food too! 🍽️.

We had queen room with the carpet started, toiletries, microwave. Had a microwave and a fridge at our disposal.

Quiet little venue, absolutely perfect location just off the village's restaurants, antique shops and other amenities as well as a lake, truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was accommodating and amiable, as well as owner.

The Theater Motel is conveniently located near a former Drive-in Theatre and provides easy access to the village's restaurants, antique shops, and various amenities. Plus, it’s just a short distance from Niagara Sub Shoppe, where you can grab delicious food to go. the proximity to Niagara Falls and Buffalo adds to its appeal.

this hotel met my requirements in every way, would definitely recommend. the location in a peaceful area was nice and there were a market and antique stores nearby. finally, the venue's restaurant was great which had good food.

Everything was great, and the wifi was strong. the hotel's staff was very helpful and sincere. the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. the location was magnificent, right next to an old Drive-in theater. Qualia Pizza, just a 15-minute walk away, was fantastic for dining. We truly enjoyed our time here.

The room had a writing desk, which was cool. Also, they had free WiFi, which was a nice touch. the location was pretty good too, close to a train line 🚆.

The rooms here have enough space for two bikes and come with toiletries included, all for just $66.

This small hotel is truly exceptional and I absolutely loved my stay there.
